kann mir jemand zufällig weiterhelfen? ich habe itunes 9.0.3 und jedesmal wenn ich das programm starte stürzt es entweder direkt nach dem start, oder wenig später immer so ab dass ich nichts mehr machen kann als den rechner ausschalten. also keine tastenkombos nichts. ich habe itunes bereits mit löschung aller dateien deinstalliert und neu installiert aber es kommt wieder. itunes will zu beginn die lieder immer analysieren (die ich nach neuinstallierung wieder eingefügt habe) und stürzt auch dabei bereits bei lied 4 oder 6 ab. ich habe mich gefragt ob mein rechner ein allgemeines problem mit der wiedergabe von medien hat, da er auch des öfteren tschüss sagt wenn zb einfach einen film mit zb dem vlc gucke (kein weiteres programm geöffnet). er fängt irgendwann einfach an zu laden (bunter drehkreisel dingsbums) und hört nicht mehr auf und es geht nichts mehr. leicht nervig das ganze. irgendjemand nen tipp?

Mach doch mal deine Konsole auf und zeig mal was du für Fehlermeldungen bekommst...
Irgendwas kann man da bestimmt rauslesen!

Tritt das Problem auch bei anderen Programmen auf, die ein Datenbank-Aktualisierung erfordern würden? Sprich - Datenmengen verarbeiten müssen?

Also ein Auszug aus den Fehlermeldungen wäre hilfreich.

klingt irgendwie nach defekter Festplatte, könnte aber auch ein anderer Hardwaredefekt sein. Schau mal ob es unter nem neu angelegten Benutzer das gleiche ist. Dann könnte man die Software fast ausschließen. Hängt der Rechner auch sonst beim surfen, etc. mal? oder wirklich nur bei Medien?

Starte doch iTunes mal im gesicherten Modus. Dazu musst Du ALT+CMD gleichzeitig gedrückt halten. Jetzt wird nur iTunes ohne irgend welche Plugins gestartet. Wenn das funktioniert musst Du auf die Suche nach dem fehlerhaften Plugin gehen.

so da bin ich wieder...nachdem nun auch mein internet rumgesponnen hat und ich ewig nichts ins netz kam. dazu kommt auhc noch das ich nicht mehr in meinen alten account von hier reinkomme. die technik hats ja auf mich abgesehen. jetzt hoffe ich dass das hier überhaupt noch gelesen wird!
also ich bin mal eure vorgeschlagenen varianten durchgegangen:
1. im gesicherten modus brach itunes auch zusammen, allerdings konnte ich diesmal (wenn auch mit kurzer verzögerung) über rechtsklick aufs dock itunes beenden. sonst stürzte das auch immer ab.
2. wenn ich einen neuen benutzer anlege und itunes öffne ging alles einbahnfrei. hatte zwar nur zwei lieder importiert, aber das dürfte ja eigentlich nicht ausschlaggebend sein, oder? genauso ging auch der vlc ohne stocken oder sonstiges.

so das ist alles. wie ich sehe ist da ja ziemlich viel trubabu wegen dem MagiCal. kann das an dem liegen? wäre eigentlich komisch da ich das schon länger nutze und sonst keine probleme hatte. oder könnt ihr jetzt irgendwas da rauslesen?


danke schonmal für die hilfe. bin ja froh, dass es scheinbar nicht an der festplatte liegt.
