arbeite schon lange mit Macs, aber dieses Problem hatte ich noch nie: Mein MacPro friert ein, aber die Maus läßt sich noch bedienen, nur nützt das nichts, da eben alles eingefroren ist, kein Menü läßt sich öffnen, auch Programme "Sofort beenden" geht nicht. Nur abwürgen über den Einschaltknopf.

Irgendwelche Vorschläge, woran es liegen könnte?

Mac OS X 10.6.5 (Fehler war aber auch schon bei Vorversionen da)

Scheint ein Problem zu sein. Wie bitte sollen wir da rausfinden wo der Fehler liegt, wenn du nichtmal ein Log oder die Programme postets, bei denen der Freeze auftritt. Hardwaretest durchgeführt?

Passiert bei allen Programmen, mal beim Aufrufen von Mail, mal bei Aperture, kein System erkennbar. Mitunter sofort nach einem Neustart. Hardware-Test? Festplattendienstprogramm meldet keine Fehler. Andere Sogtware zum testen sinnvoll?

Habe ich gefunden - nur das sind ja ein paar tausend Einträge. Welcher Eintrag könnte Euch Spezialisten den weiterhelfen?

suche nach dem Zeitfenster, wo sich der Fehler ereignet hat, meist siehst Du das an den Einträgen, die sich auf den Neustart beziehen, denn der folgte ja dem Ausfall.. und dann bitte die Einträge vor dem Ausfall, bzw. dem Neustart...

war das ein Freeze, oder ein grauer Bildschirm mit Test.. das Du den Rechner durch Drücken des Powerbuttons neu starten musst?

Ich würde erst mal alle externen Geräte entfernen und dann entweder einzeln oder nacheinander wieder anschließen und schauen ob durch ein solches Gerät das Problem verursacht wird.

Auch Speicher-Riegel mal raus und einzeln testen...
