Hallo Leute,

ich habe auf einem Server ein "wichtiges" .img File über Airport gemountet und arbeitete an diesem File, bzw. an den Daten die dort drin sind.
Nach etwa einer Stunde verlor mein iBook die Netzverbindung, oder ging in Ruhezustand. Nach dem "aufwecken" bekam ich eine Fehlermeldung. Nun bekomme ich das Image File mit mehr auf und wahrscheinlich sind alle Daten verloren. Ich bekomme eine Meldung "Keine aktivierbaren Dateisysteme".

Was kann man tun???

Über eine Lösung wäre ich natürlich super glücklich.

Versuche das Image mit dem Festplatten-Dienstprogramm zu öffnen.

Ja, soweit bin ich schon. Ich habe natürlich alle "normalen" Programme und Möglichkeiten ausprobiert.

Hallo,

nachdem ich das nun eingeben konnte komme ich nicht wirklich weiter. Ich bekomme einen ganzen haufen zeugs und weis jetzt genau soviel wie vorher. Kann da jemand was damit anfangen???

das Image enthällt Bilder und Filme von meiner Familie und ist ca 27 GIG´s gross. Ich habe das Image mit dem Festplattendienstprogramm erstellt und komm jetzt nicht mehr drann.

Dann kreiere ein neues Image
und versuche mit

Einen Server hast Du, aber kein Backup ? zzz

Bei störrischen .dmg- oder .img-Dateien hilft mir manchmal Toast, wenn das FPDienstprogramm sich weigert. Ob's dir hilft? k.A.

vielleicht hilft dir auch der output von hdiutil weiter:

hdiutil -debug -verbose verify wichtig.img

So schwer ist das nicht, allerdings solltest du dich schon auf der Shell bewegen können.

Am einfachesten ist es, wenn du das Image auf deinen Desktop kopierst und dann Terminal öffnest.

Im Prompt dann folgendes eintippen:

cd Desktop
und danach:

ls *dmg

Dann sollte der Name von deinem Image auftauchen. Dieser Namen mußt du statt wichtig.dmg einsetzen.

dann einfach die Befehle die genannt wurden, abschicken

also dein Image heißt resistance-is-futile.dmg dann:

hdhid -debug -verbose -readonly resistance-is-futile.dmg

Wenn du dich gar nicht auf der Shell auskennst, wird es ein bißchen schwierig

hmm, bevor ich weitere Aussagen treffe, muss ich erst mal warten bis der Kaffee wirkt

Eigentlich findet das commandline utility nicht wirklich einen Fehler.

Vielleicht kannst du es ja via commandline mounten:

htiutil attach test.dmg

Hmm, hast du vielleicht noch einen Mac mit einem "alten" OS zu hand (10.3 oder früher)? Vielleicht klappt es ja mit einer älteren Version. Du könntest auch mal testweise von einer alten OS CD booten (via CDrom) und dann eine single user shell starten. Von dieser kannste du dann versuchen, das image zu mounten ( mit dieser OS Version ).

Bis jetzt sieht es ja nicht so aus, als ob das image wirklich defekt ist. Er weigert sich ja eigentlich nur, es zu mounten (ohne wirklich zu sagen, warum).

Wenn du das image schon mal mounten konntest, kann ich dir nur noch den Tipp geben, zu versuchen das Image unter den damaligen OS zu mounten - falls möglich.
