Habe diverse rote Regeln mit einem gelben Dreieck davor. Was bedeutet das? Muss man da was tun?

nein, rote Programme mit einem gelben Dreieck davor, sind Programme, welche nicht mehr gefunden werden (wie chill bereits schrieb)... entweder sie wurden deinstalliert oder verschoben.

Wenn du in den LittleSnitch-Regeln -4 drückst, dann zeigt er dir die nicht mehr gültigen Regeln an, die kannst du alle löschen.

aber Mail ist z.B. auch rot ....

und ist da auch nen dreieck daneben bei mail?

wenn du mit der Maus über Mail fährst und wartest (ohne zu klicken), dann siehst du den Pfad, welcher LittleSnitch angibt...
du kannst aber jederzeit eine Regel löschen, wenn du dann das Programm ein weiteres Mal öffnest, dann fragt dich LittleSnitch wieder, wie du mit den ausgehenden Netzverbindungen umgehen willst...

Heya, habe alle ungültigen Regeln markiert und dann rechte Maustaste · Pfadreparieren geclickt, und nun sind 80% der ungültigen Regeln weg,
