Ich beschäftige mich im Moment ein wenig mit Videoschnitt, d.h. ich möchte ein paar ältere Urlaubsvideos (alle auf MiniDV) schneiden. Jetzt überlege ich, ob ich iMovie ggf. auch iMovie HD auf meinem alten iMac G3 DV 400 benutzen kann oder ob der Rechner damit völlig überfordert ist. Der Rechner hat 400 MHz, 512 MB RAM und eine 80GB Platte.

Das gesamte iLife-Package braucht laut Apple-Seite mindestens einen G3 400:

Also ich würde mal behaupten, dass es ohne High-Definition-material funktioniert, aber Spass macht es wohl nicht.
