For everyone who wants to change the language of Phtoshop CS2 from en to de (maybe this works for other languages as well):

1) Get the german PS CS2-Trial from

Japanese (I think so) and french are avaiable, too, just replace the "d" at the URL by an "j" or an "f"

2) Have a look at this thread:
and follow the instructions (thank the author of this thread, mole, not me ).

The only difference: the .lproj to copy is named "german.lproj" instead of de.lproj

3) Copy the folder "Zusatzmodule" from the tryout to the "full"-CS2 folder. Otherwise most of the filters will be missing in the german Version. I didn't try to rename the "Filters"-folder to "Zusatzmodule", maybe this will work, too

I've tested this a few minutes ago, it's working fine

And: This method won't work for ImageReady. I've tried, but it wouldn't launch after adding the german files...
