iMac 27'' nach Ruhezustand immer Neustart

Hi Leute,

Ich hab folgendes Problem mit meinem neuen Imac:

Wenn ich ihn aus dem Ruhezustand aufwecke z.b. über Nacht dann schaltet sich der Mac ein der Bildschirm kommt hoch die Festplatte dreh hoch und dann kommt sofort die Aufforderung den Mac Auszuschalten.

"Drücken sie für 10 Sekunden den Einschalter auf der Rückseite"

Dann funktioniert alles wieder sobald er hochgefahren ist - sobald er wieder im Ruhemodus ist genau das gleiche Spiel hab es jedesmal reproduzieren können.

Kann mir da jemand helfen? oder hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen?

Also eine Kernelpanic nach dem Ruhezustand. Hast Du irgendwelche weitere Hardware (USB/Firewire) angeschlossen und tritt die Kernelpanic auch ohne die Geräte auf?

Sinnvoll ist es einen SMC-Reset durchzuführen (siehe Handbuch), weil sich der System Management Controller u.a. um den Ruhezustand kümmert.

Hi,

Danke für die schnelle Hilfe - Dies Möglichkeit der angesteckten Geräte habe ich schon ausgeschlossen. Habe den Fehler mit und auch ohne angesteckten Geräten reproduzieren können.

Vor dem Securtiy-Update und dem Safari 4.0.4 uptdate hatte ich keine Probleme mit dem Ruhezustand.

Gibt es sonst noch Möglichkeiten das irgendwie zu Lösen?

Der Panic-Report weist darauf hin, dass der Fehler vom WLAN-Treiber (Airport) ausgelöst wird. Das könnte ein Bug im Treiber sein (wäre nicht das erste Mal). Vielleicht kann man den Bug durch andere Airport-Einstellungen vermeiden, ansonsten hilft nur Warten auf eine korrigierte Version von Snow Leopard.

Danke dir vielmals - wie kannst du das rauslesen? - würde es helfen wenn ich den Imac einfach normal ans Netz hänge also mit Kabel und das W-lan deaktiviere?

Wie ich soeben im Apple Diskussionsforum geschrieben habe ( Thread mit exakt dem gleichen Problem: http://discussions.info.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=10708326 ) gibt es einen Work Around:

1. Den »32- or 64-bit Kernel Startup Mode Selector« herunterladen ( http://www.ahatfullofsky.comuv.com/English/Programs/SMS/SMS.html )
2. Programm starten
3. »im 64bit Modus starten« auswählen
4. Neustarten.

Mein iMac10,1 startete standardmäßig im 32-Bit Modus (keine Ahnung, warum) und ein Umstellen auf den 64-Bit Modus hat das Problem behoben. Daher tippe ich darauf, dass im 32-Bit-Treiber für die AirPortExtreme-Karte ( Atheros21 ) die Ursache steckt.

Sobald der Kernel im 64-Bit-Modus läuft (wird dann eigentlich ein 64-Bit-Treiber geladen) ist das Problem für mich zumindest behoben.

Kann bitte jemand mit dem gleichen Problem meinen Lösungsvorschlag versuchen und sich hier melden, ob es auch bei ihm funktioniert oder nicht!?
