Hallo zusammen!

Könnt ihr mir sagen, was diese beiden Startobjekte so tun?
Ich habe nämlich so den leisen Verdacht, dass sie den Startvorgang unter 10.3 etwas verlangsamen (relativ lange Beachball, dann endlich Menüliste, dann noch warten bis Uhr und Co. erscheinen).

Keines der beiden gehört zu 10.3 standardmäßig. Muß etwas anderes sein, das Du installiert hast.

Also zumindest bewusst habe ich da nichts rein gepackt. Ich habe eine gewisse Abneigung gegen Startobjekte (weiß auch nicht genau, warum)...

Die werden beim Start gestartet was neben dem normalem Start ssssssseeeeeeehhhhhhhhrrrrrrrrrr langsam geht!!!

Es gibt eieige ThirdParty-Software, die Startobjekte hinzufügt. Du solltest überlegen, was du zusätzlich installiert hast.
Oder lösch die beiden Startobjekte und du wirst sehen, ob sich was verändert.

Mist, das hat nicht geklappt. Vielleicht klappts als Bild besser...

System Events ist unter anderem dazu da, dich an in iCal eingegebene termine oder aufgaben zu erinnern.

System Events gehört zu OSX und liegt in /System/Library/CoreServices. (Falls es noch nicht aufgefallen sein sollte: die Maus ein paar Sekunden über einem Eintrag stehen lassen, dann bekommt man die Datei incl. Pfad angezeigt.)

Internet Reminder kannst du löschen, da es so wie es aussieht eh schon nicht mehr da ist (Art: Unbekannt). Via ToolTip kannst du ja sehen, wo es zuletzt gelegen hat.

Ties-Malte: SystemEvents ist eines von vielen Scripten im Bundle von System Services.app. Letzteres ist eine Application und auf diesen zeigt der Eintrag in den Startobjekten (zumindest bei mir).

Schau doch mal nach in welchem Verzeichnis diese Programme liegen, dann weisst Du auch um was es sich handelt.
