iMac wird nur nach langem Rödeln wieder wach

Hallo, würde mich über Tipps freuen. Mein iMac mag seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr so recht, vor allem nicht zügig aus dem Ruhezustand aufwachen. Irgendwie kreisen meine Fehlereindrücke um Airport und/oder Festplattenprobleme. Alles schon mal irgendwie repariert, umkonfiguriert etc (PRAM-Reset, fsck-y, TimeMachine Komplett-Restore, Festplattenprüfung und -reparatur - alles schon gemacht, nur gebracht hat es immer nur zeitweise was).

Konsole bringt das hier (sechs Minuten zum Aufwachen finde ich zuviel) - danke für Tipps:

Die Verzögerung liegt daran, dass der iMac es nicht schafft, eine Netzverbindung zu einer Freigabe mit dem Namen "Data" aufzubauen.

Es kann entweder sein, dass der Server, der "Data" bereitstellt, Probleme hat, z.B. weil er abgeschaltet wurde, während der iMac geschlafen hat. Oder es sind die leider systembedingten Probleme von Mac OS X, in manchen Konfigurationen die Netzfunktionen nach dem Ruhezustand nicht wieder in der richtigen Reihenfolge hochzufahren. Seit 10.4 sind durch Apples Einsatz des Systemsdienstes "launchd" solche Probleme leider an der Tagesordnung.

Du hast Probleme mit einem AFP Medium. Hast Du vielleicht eine TimeCapsule? Ausserdem gibt es Probleme mit Mail. Starte mal von DVD und Prüf Dein internes Laufwerk. Dann alle Peripherie ab und einen Start. Eine weiter Möglichkeit ist ein sicherer Systemstart - shift beim Einschalten gedrückt halten.

Data liegt in der Tat auf einer TimeCapsule und die stellt auch das Airport-Netzwerk bereit. Da bekommt er sich irgendwie nicht vernünftig angemeldet - nur was kann ich daran tun ?

Im Airport-Dienstprogramm die Festplatte der TimeCapsule löschen. Wenn es dann funktioniert ist alles ok. Ansonsten sieht es verdammt nach einer defekten Festplatte aus.

Wenn ich die TC platt mache, sind ja auch alle Sicherungen/Backups erst mal hin.

vielleicht sollte ich dann noch ergänzen, daß ein anderer iMac per Ethernet an der TC hängt und dort auch sichert, aber keine Aufwachprobleme hat.
