Firefox hat (u.a. und inbs.) diesen Passus ersatzlos aus der FAQ gestrichen:

Q: "Does Firefox sell your personal data?"
A: "Nope. Never have, never will. And we protect you from many of the advertisers who do. Firefox products are designed to protect your privacy. That’s a promise. "

Damit ist FF dann Chrome. Bekommen ja auch jedes Jahr 500 Millionen Dollar von Google, als Art "Schutzgeld" damit Google keine Monopol-Probleme mit Chrome bekommen.

In Mozilla´s Data Privacy Faq gehen sie genau darauf ein...
