Ist vielleicht LittleSnitch 2.3 installiert?
Bei mir trat das gleiche Problem auf. Wunde mit Little Snitch 2.3.1 gefixt.

Nö, hab ich nicht installiert.

schau Dich mal im Netz um, Du bist nicht der einzige. Lösungen habe ich noch keine brauchbaren gefunden, derzeit wohl nur Problembeschreibungen
