Ich nutze einen Late 2015 MBP mit i7 Quadcore und 16GB Ram und SSD. Darauf läuft die aktuellste Mac OS Version.

Wenn ich Daten kopiere in meinem Fall 36 GB vom Nach auf meinem Mac einem 1000er Netz habe ich eine enorm hohe Prozessorauslastung. Sprich es lässt sich dann kaum mehr arbeiten.

Ist das normal?
Das Gerät lauft immer mit vollen Lüfter an.

Nein, ist nicht normal.
Hast du mal testweise einen neuen User angelegt, und es mit diesem probiert?
Falls das flotter geht, kannst du bei den User Login Items und User Launch Agents aufräumen.
Da ist jede Menge „Zeug“ drin.

Hier mit Kopieren von 8GB von SD Karte auf SSD.

Normal ist das nicht, da hier das Gigabit Netzwerk mit involviert ist, würde ich an erster Stelle mal meine Untersuchungen in Richtung "Tunnelblick" werfen, ob das VPN sauber konfiguriert ist und die lokalen IP Adressen und das Heimnetzwerk so weit unangetastet lässt. Tunnelblick mal deaktivieren oder deinstallieren und prüfen ob das Problem immer noch besteht. Bitte Logs immer per Pastebin einfügen, sonst wird der Thread schnell unübersichtlich !

MBP (Late 2014, i7, 16 GB RAM) >> 53 GB von NAS (Syno DS 116) auf MBP

Sieht dann so aus (wie es wahrscheinlich auch sollte ... )

Schon mal ohne Malewarebites Realtime protection ausprobiert?

Bist Du evtl. nur knapp mit Festplatten/SSD-Platz?

File Vault aktiviert ?

ich denke 75GB Speicher ist nicht zu wenig bei einer 512 GB Festplatte.

Komisch: EtreCheck gibt nur 12,94 GB free an (unter Mounted Volumes)

Wenn das nur beim Kopieren über's Netz auftreten würde, hätte ich die Netzwerkverbindung (Kabel, Router, etc.) in Verdacht, da irgendwo packet loss zu produzieren. Das muss im "normalen Betrieb" gar nicht groß auffallen, aber wenn dann kontinuierlich beim Kopieren was verloren geht, jagt die I/O halt die CPU hoch. Aber wenn's von SD auf SSD auch so ist, würde ich eher auf's filesystem tippen. (Beides zugegebenermaßen basierend auf Erfahrung mit Linux Servern, bei unseren Macs hatten wir solche Probleme bisher nicht.). Wie lang dauern denn die Kopiervorgänge ungefähr? Vom NAS sollten es ja eigentlich nicht viel mehr als 5-6 Minuten sein?
